Eddie Irvine Jaguar 8 600 000 €
This seems low, it was reported number of times that he is getting 12 mln USD per year. This also the number that I believee I read just two days ago in British Airways in flight magazine, in cover story related to F1.

Rubens Barrichello Ferrari 4 300 000 €
No wonder RB does not project a happy face at Ferrari so often. He is "equal" with MS but certainly not in salary.

BARnone.
Supposedly McLaren pays their drivers a flat rate plus bonus $$ based on points and wins. Rumor has it that this was part of the reason that MH took a sabbatical this year. He and RD could not agree on a salary after his lackluster 2001 season!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If this was strictly what the team paid the driver then the "pay" drivers should show a negative income.

Alex Yoong Minardi 540 000 ?
This, at least, is BS. Yoong's sponsor / nation pays for him to drive.

A lap of Suzuka would be closer to the mark.

1. First of all, I do not think that these figures are supposed to show driver's total income. Take Schumi for example--his total income is surely much more than this.
2. Giancarlo Fisichella Jordan 4 300 000 --A year ago or so, his salary was somewhere around $9 mil. I do not think that Fisi would accept such a reduction in pay. I think, he'd rather fire his manager first.
3. Ralf Schumacher Williams 7 600 000. Last season, I think, his salary was around $12 mln, which is not surprising, given that Ralf's manager is Willi Weber and that the largest chunk of Ralf's salary is paid by BMW (they very much want to see a German driver in a BMW-Williams) and not by Frank.
4. Eddie Irvine Jaguar 8 600 000 As it was mentioned before me, it is widely believed that Eddie's salary during his first year with Jaguar was around $12 mln. Surely, his contract provides annual increases in pay. So, I would assume that Eddie's salary this year is somewhere around 13-14 mln USD.

You know, I've always wondered how that works, the pay-driver system that is. They are employed by the team so do they get the salaries from them, and the team takes the salary from the dosh they get from the sponsors? Or is Yoong employed on a 0 euro salary for Minardi? Bit of slave labour that is...My guess is that they are on the payrolls of their respective team, but that it's a account transfer thing; Malaysiaorwhoever pays Minardi who pays Yoong.

The extra bonus will probably be 1 million $ for a win and much more for a title.
You wrote : " Rumor has it that this was part of the reason that MH took a sabbatical this year. He and RD could not agree on a salary after his lackluster 2001 season!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
The rumor is a false one, the salary was never the problem. When MH had to retire for third time in a row (fifth time in seven races) in Monaco GP, he said to RD, that he can not thrust his car, his team and perhaps not himself anymore. He will need a break. RD said OK, but the team had to find a replacement for MH. RD & co talked to RS, but with no success. Then Mika talked with Kimi, when they both were in Montreal. Kimi said yes, and so said also Peter Sauber, when McLaren laid enough money to the table (over 20 million $, but not all the sum was cash). The situation was such, that if Kimi or Peter would have said no, then MH would probably have continued at least a year at McLaren. Then it might have been a querral with the money. But now the contract had never reached that point.

„ ... Ron Dennis perceived that the Finn peaked and was on his way down. His contract was up and there was nowhere for him to go. Instead of the 9-11$ he had paid him for the previous two years, Dennis offered him and his manager, Keke Rosberg, $3million basic + $800,000 a win and thereabouts. It was effectively 50% paycut. To add insult to injury Dennis told him it would be one year contract, with a team option for a second. This was not what Hakkinen wanted to hear. He wanted two year deal at the same rate as before, and after that would retire. He then told Dennis he was thinking of retiring and couldn’t give him an answer. This took Dennis aback, but over next few weeks his offer remained the same; so did Hakkinen’s reply. He wouldn’t drive for less; Dennis wouldn’t pay more. And so it came to pass that Hakkinen decided to take Dennis’ offer, but nor drive and take season’s sabbatical.. Still it was indecision all the way, until Dennis settled it by signing new young star KR. Whether Hakkinen wanted to quit or not, the die was now cast. Dennis had made the decision for him. Hakkinen and Dennis agreed that he would stay on the McLaren payroll and get paid for his sabbatical season. McLaren would have first option on him...”
they later write about July $12 million offer from Jaguar to Mika, but Mika and Keke preferred to do it McLaren way
I can't judge whether it's true or not, but that's what I read...
