here's the answer from a TNF thread about ex-drivers and their post-F1 exploits:

"Ricardo Rosset (BR) b. 27/7/1968, Sao Paulo:- Runs his clothing business in Sao Paulo. Rarely drives"

Ricardo Rosset was 1998 Tyrrell driver and drove for Arrows in 1996. Wasn't pretty talented but brought in some real money. Most memorable performance: in qualifying for the 1998 Monaco Grand Prix he spun his car so it stood pointing in the wrong direction. He wanted to make a donnut to turn the car. Unluckily, he moved on the gaz not fast enough. His car did not turn around but jumped forward and got stuck between the armco. No Grand Prix de Monaco for Ricardo Rosset that year. No one really missed him.

Wasn't he supposed to drive for the ill-fated Lola F1 team a few years back?

Karting might have broken his wrist, but I'm sure plowing around Australia way outside of the 107% rule must have broken his spirit.

Yikes! That sounds like something Sam Posey would have said! :rotfl:

Whenever I think of Rosset I think of Martin Brundle bagging the hell out of him in the commentary for the qualifying in Monaco '98
I think someone posted it here not long ago
