Just take a look at a huge wet patch, just brilliant, picture explains the whole lap for me.

On a serious note, I would like to congrats Montoya on his 5th pole.
He is my absolute favourite driver, and its great to see him show once again what a great talent he is to the world.

No they aren't waterproof. They're made of Nomex, a cotton fabric. Synthetic fabrics have a nasty habit of melting and sticking to your flesh. If they were waterproof, the drivers would last about 2 laps before blacking out from heat stroke.

I've always been skeptical about reports of drivers pissing in their overalls. Well, I guess its true, LOL!

These drivers are alien!! How do you not piss/**** your pants driving as fast as they do around Monaco??? I can't believe we don't hear about more guys "moisturizing" themselves during races. In any case I wouldn't hold anything like that against any driver. It's not as if they can just pull over and run to the loo!
