I was looking thru an entrylist of the first 1985 F3000 race and i saw 2 Tyrrell 012 Cosworth DFV and 2 Williams FW08C Cosworth DFV entered.
Can someone tell me if those were the same spec. cars that participated Formula 1 some years before ?
And if yes, where the regulations the same that time ?

The former F1 cars also used narrower tyres as specified by the F3000 regulations.
Otherwise they were basically F1 cars as used during 1983/84.
Apart from the Williams and Tyrrell chassis an Arrows F1 chassis also saw use during 1985.
F3000 was created to be able to accept the older F1 machinery as well as use the obsolesent Cosworth DFV engines.
The lack of success compared to the pukka F3000 designs made that the F1 cars quickly faded from the scene.

'85 F3000s were a curious bunch - as well as the obsolete Tyrrells, Williamses and Arrows, March's 85B was basically a very minor hack of the 842, Lola's first car was based on an Indycar tub (so it had distinctive Indycar lines and a very enclosed cockpit), I believe AGS's car wasn't all that far from their last F2 and neither was the Ralt...
The Lola and the old F1s didn't work because the weight distribution was wrong - they had big fuel tanks with (essentially) nowt in them. The "correct" way to do F3000 was an F2-sized car with an F1-sized engine.
The final rules didn't turn up until well into the season, IIRC.
