Even now 72 years after the demise of Hitler and the National Socialist Party aka Nazis, the German populace are still being taught/punished by the politicos, the media and the academics to be ashamed of something they had no part of.

Sadly, not enough so. The Nazis are back in parliament.

Is the chassis number of Rosemeyer`s  fatal car known?

Looking at the photo of the wreck it seems that the chassis was not much damaged. Same with the engine. Both looked quite intact. Could it be that Auto Union used the chassis in one of their later (?) cars?
