Followed by a couple of Pizzas and some more cold stouts.
Then I lick the left-over curry bowl.
If I'm still hungry, I eat a couple of full english's (with plenty of fried tomato) at a greasy spoon (washing it down with a couple of chilled stouts of course).
Then I usually pass out for abour 30 hours, wake up, and have to check Atlas F1 to see who won the race because I can't remember anymore.
GO MAN U!

That sounds brill. Although I usually can't eat another bite after one of my fiery curries, let me tell you!

Ayam Mask Kicap (Chicken in Black Sauce)
Ingredients:
1 chicken
5 shallots, 3 cloves garlic, 2 cm piece ginger pound Together
2 red chilies, sliced lengthwise
4 tbs thick soy sauce
1 large onion, sliced into thick rings
1 lime
2 tsp. turmeric powder
1 tsp. salt
Method:
Wash the chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix with salt and turmeric powder. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the chicken pieces until crispy. Drain off the oil but leave 2 tbsps in the pan. Fry the pounded ingredients until fragrant.
Add the soy sauce and chicken pieces and mix well. , Add in the onion rings and chilies and just before dishing out, squeeze the lime juice over. If you want more gravy you can add ½ cup water and bring to boil before adding in the chicken pieces. Soy sauce is already quite salty so be careful not to add too much salt.
Had something similar for breakfast at the Pan Pacific on the Friday (must have had some excellent Garlic, i would normally use double

As for other places, and other dishes we used to do something similar in the BC (before children) got a good choice of wines for most meals and countries (bring back Argentina and Portugal!!!)

I drank a bottle of bub once with my curry. BAD COMBINATION. The term "chemical reaction" doesn't even begin to encompass the... situation I was faced with.
Don't mix gastric aggravation substances!

Sounds positively nuclear. Maybe we could fuel the Minardi's with that!

Same for me. However, I usually go to the pub one hour ahead of the race and take pole position infront of the big screen. Order a chiliburger with fries and sit there talking to some other big fans of F1. It's alot of fun and if anyone of you happen to be in Stockholm, pop into O'Learys at Söder in Stockholm and have a chat. I always finish eating ahead of the race. I'm way to much into the race to eat. I manage to drink a little now and then though

Australia: Pavlova ( a meat pie that I read about on the internet...not bad)
Malaysia: Cold Pizza (It was 2am!)
Brazil: Rabo de tatu ( Brazilian pastry filled with ground beef and garnished with cilantro.) Excellent!
Imola : Tiramusi - One of my faves!
Spain...Haven't decided yet.
I'll update my menu as the season progresses.

It's a gruelling endurance event where you have to eat a series of dishes in under an hour..
The events list goes like this:
1 Plate Chicken Vindaloo (Extra spice)
1 Plate Tandoori Chicken
1 Plate Lamb Korma
1 Plate Moghali Chicken Biryani
1 Plate Chicken Tikka Masala
Most quit after the Lamb Korma. I lost in '99 and '01 because I didn't consume enough water. These things make your face light up like a candle!

malaysia, i don't remember eating anything.
brazil, i ate pizza, sausage, onion, mushroom and garlic and had hype/vodka's to drink. got wasted.
imola was WAY too early to eat (i'm in milwaukee)... i think i had some left over pizza (not left over from brazil though) near the end of the race.
i have a feeling that the rest of the european races will be the same as imola. canada will be like brazil and usgp will be whatever they're serving at indy.

Another plate would paralyse even the most ambitious of curry eaters. WHen I say plate, I mean a pile that fills the plate. None of you lightweights would get past dish 3. Don't even joke about adding another.

I'm just as bad when I'm watching live racing at any UK circuit where I have a "vested interest". My nerves will not let me eat. I just sit and tremble (stand and tremble if I'm at a race circuit).
