From autosport.com:
"The first episode of Racing Rivals, the 'docusoap' charting the fortunes of drivers in the Holiday Inn SEAT Cupra Championship, will air on UK terrestrial TV channel ITV1 on Saturday. Produced by 4D Productions, and featuring race footage from Granada Sport, six 30-minute programmes will be broadcast on ITV1, along with another six one-hour episodes on ITV2. The final round will be broadcast live on ITV2 and feature a TV vote that will set the grid for the opening race."
Docusoap? Like a racing-style Big Brother?

This is in fact a novel way of providing coverage of the SEAT Cupra championship. 3 of the 18 drivers are female and unfortunately not that good going by results I have seen.
