I watched a fascinating documentary on Mr Ecclestone's lookalike, Andy Warhol, recently.

In it, it was revealed that Mr Warhol had been wearing wigs.

Now having seen the picture of a young Mr Ecclestone, back in the Compton and Eccelstone days, as published in Terry Lovell's "Bernie's Game" with a receding hairline even back then, I cannot help but wonder how it is that he would appear to have more hair now than back then. It seems somewhat odd that a man with such a limited crown in his twenties and thirties could have a full fringe in his seventies.

This picture is from Forbes.com. He has his hair, (if it is his hair) swept back. One wonders if he was using a toupee even back then. It looks like it is taken at least a decade and a half ago.

99.9% sure it's a 'piece in that picture but I could be wrong. Weird if he did; kid of ironic actually if he would be that insecure about his appearance at this point in life. I wonder if the paddock regulars make jokes about his hair behind his back. Looks like Elton John hair to me, and that isn't real hair. Aaah hell, to each his own.

Hmmm...Bernie has a rug. No doubt in my mind. There is no way he created his current thatch from the receding strands he shows in that pic. No way. It always amazes me how some guys go to any length to pretend they have hair.

hmmm, looks to me like Bernie might be a member of the hair club for dwarves.

I'm sure that looks familiar - did he pass the old one on to Eddie Jordan?

Nothing in this world is more stupid than trying to hide your hair is getting thin or completely disappearing. Bernie's case gives hope to us normal working men, there's not enough money in this world to make u a balanced person if u have a problem with yourself. Money can't fix everything :rotfl:
