The first era of the CanAm series is fully related in a lot of books, but we can notice there's a lack of information as far as the second era contenders are concerned.
I need full and detailled documentation, archives, photos and technical ( spec dara ) information about several of these cars which ran during the last 70's and early 80's.
- Lola T333 CS
- Wolf Dallara
- Schkee DB1
- Haymann Kroll Lola
- Spyder NF10 & NF11
- Elfin MR8 A
- Shadow DN10 Dodge
- Prophet
- Busch Higan Special HR001
- Lola T530 modified by VDS in 1980
- CAC 1 & CAC 2
- Frissbee
- VDS 001 & 002
- March 817 & 827
- McRae GM9
- Bobsy
- Marguey
- Intrepid GB1
- Ensign N180 B
- Photon
- Escort CanAm ( very special and untypical car )
- March 85 C
- "Spalding" the new machine developed by Tom Spalding in late 79 for Patrick Gaillard
...
Please, note I need more than ( ex.: the Spyder NF is a modified Lola T333 ... )
I'm looking for information relating what has been really made on the basis ( chassis, aerodynamic, engine, suspensions, brakes... )
All own archives, books and magazines articles which evocate the 1977 - 1986 CanAm era are welcome.
Thanks

And does anyone know if there currently is a Lola T333 CS model kit in production anywhere? Someone did a '77 Tambay version a while back, but they're all apparently long gone...

French make Provence Moulage made a 1:43rd resin kit of Tambay's Lola T333. If I'm not mistaken another make (if not Provence Moulage themselves) produced a Walter Wolf car of the "post classic" Can-Am era.

I may have found a dealer who still has the 1/24 scale Tambay Lola T333 available (by Formula Canada).
Next question...does anyone have additional photos of a similar T333 being driven by Jim Cooke in Can-Am events circa 1984? This is the car I ultimately will have to replicate with said kit.
