Any details of a D J V (David) Lewis who raced a mk 2 DRW from 1961/64 with Jim Donnelly. Jim has helped where possible, but the trail has gone cold. The story is his people had a furnishing company in Fulham/Clapham. He apparently went onto race a Wragg-built Mallock.
Any details about a John Williams, probably West Contry based, who entered a DRW, ex John Pugsley, in the AMOC Wiscombe hillclimbs in April/May 1972 and 1973.
Any photographs of the origial Mk 1 DRW in 1172 guise in 1959, first raced June 59, or in 105E guise for 1960, both with Jack Murrell at the helm.
Any recollections of a Staffs/Cheshire based bright orange sports racer looking like a Lotus 23 or Merlyn, in 1972/1973 under the registration LRF 303K. Anyone with an old friend who used to have it?
I know all TNF-ers have marvellous recall and huge archives..................
with many thanks
