In Count Lurani's book he says Nuvolari was the first born child of his father, Arturo and his mother, Elisa Zorsi and was followed by Artura and Marianna (sounds like sisters to me). The Nivola Club website and several others says he was the fourth son. Does anyone know for sure? Could I get names, dates, etc.? Thank You!

The book When Nuvolari Raced by Valerio Moretti lists the five children of Arturo and Emma Elisa Zorzi as:
Artura (1887 - 1978)
Arturo (1888 - 1888)
Maria (1890 - 1963)
Tazio Giorgio (16 Nov 1892 - 11 Aug 1953)
Carolina (1898 - 1902)
As Arturo and Carolina died very young, for most of his life Tazio would just have had the two sisters Artura and Maria.

Don't know. Zorzi is a very common surname in northern regions of Italy, indeed.
