Sorting out the attic yesterday, I came across his podium cap from the Thruxton round of the 1980 Aurora British F1 series - the man himself seems to have survived better than the cap.

Presumably CRISTAL is Salazar's personal sponsor as it appears on nearly every car. Who are they? There is a titanium company (but it has no Chilean connections) and a ladies wear company - seems unlikely - and of course the champagne house. Anyone know?
