Present or past, what drivers have or has had the nicest helmet paint schemes?

Ralf Schumacher .Plagiarised.But I Like it.Yellow is the best colour for the purpose of intimidation :)
Eddie Irvine's new one is foul ,looks like something he picked up in a american brothel. The old one wasn't much better though.

I don't know about favourites for myself but I noticed something recently. What happens if Dario Franchitti gets a ride in F1? Who's going change their helmet, Coulthard or Franchitti?

Here's DF's helmet... I'm sure you all know what DC's looks like.

UPDATE:
hrmmm... the lousy link seems to be getting a space inserted between the 'p' and the 'g'. Just delete the space in the address box if you would please... thanks!

I think dario's helmet is different enough what with the Italian flag and the airbrush effect where as DC's has the white West Halo

I think Damon/Graham Hill's helmet design is the best, it actually means something.
it looks like helmet designs are getting less important. Watching the bike GP the other day they all looked the same.
talking of bikes, John Cooper's heelmet design was good. A pair of very surprised eyes looking out the front of it.

My CART fanatic friend told me just now that apparently DC and DF have had an aggressive word or two with each other about it with DC being the aggressor. More than likely, this is a rumour made up by the media for the sake of a story...

wasn't damon's and graham's done in the london rowing club scheme? I thought it was ok, but a little dull. I think i like the colorful helmets more.

Franchitti's helmet looks nice. Its got both national colors so its got meaning.

I always liked Chris Amon's lid (see long thread in nostalgia forum) which was a reverse of the Pete Aaron helmet in Grand Prix. Jim Clark had a tasteful, all black helmet. Jo Seifert's was another nice design.
Dick Smothers (the Comedian) used to do some racing (he was a fair amateur racer)and had an interesting design, I think it was a white helmet with a purple tire track painted on it - sort of gave the impression that he'd been run over by a large grape truck. This was the early '70's....

I like the Hills helmets too, for the same reason Huw Jenjin said. Something neat about white tape on a dark blue helmet. Just simple.

I think HHF's flag swooping back is pretty cool.

I keep thinking of ways to do a helmet design for myself...someday when I buy a go-kart and start racing :)
