I found a picture about Alonso, and hi is holding a flag. In this blue flag are one yellow cross, and an 'A' and a 'W' characters. Do somebody know what this symbolise?

Thanks

I don't know about those letters, but that flag is the flag of his hometown, Oviedo.

Thanks Enkei!

I looked after, and I fond it. This is the flag of his Hometown, Oviedo. The greek letters Alpha and Omega hang from the cross.

From a quick Google search I was able to find that the cross is called the Cruz de la Victoria (Cross of Victory), which is apparently a cross kept in the cathedral at Oviedo. The flag itself is the flag of the principality of Asturias. in which Oviedo is the capital.

The letters are simply the Greek letters alpha and omega, from Christ's "I am the alpha and the omega, the beginning and the end".

Thanks to Enkei, 'cause without the info I had no idea what to search for :p

I think Fernando must be the president of the international Alex Wurz fanclub. The cross symbolizes the death of AW's F1 career.

Yes, and the new Princess Letizia of Spain is also from Oviedo, hence why she is now Princess of Asturias. She's also rather a babe :p :

Back onto F1, I always thought it was a nice coincidence that the light blue and yellow colours of Renault matched the colours of Alonso's home town flag perfectly :)

That is not the flag of Oviedo. It is the flag of Asturias, a region in the north of Spain where Oviedo is located into it.
I am writting this from Asturias ;)
