http://www.f1racingw...rrent/index.php

I don't know if most people know about this or not, but it is an incredible source for F1 Videos.

Full races .avi quality. A LOT of other really interesting videos there are well.

You will need this to download the files.

http://bittorrent.com/download.html

Donations are accepted, not required. I paid him $10.00 from paypal. It's good for the technology you are getting. Music is really good to download as well.

Downloaded Italy as I missed it . It was amazing quality and sound.

Speaking of Napster...

Here is U2's new single called Vertigo, released to radio stations today.

I think it rips. The edge is great.

It's not bittorrent but F1 video anyway:
I'm looking for a video I found before, when Zonta is in the middle of the famous overtaking of Hakka/MiSchu. It's an onboard vid WITH sound (on UkF1.net there's a same but footage without sound). If anyone have this... pls inform me.

I think I have that one at home. I have over 200 videos on my computer at home, so I will have to look for it.

Well, there is also one other site where you can download F1 races.

www.suprnova.org

I downloaded almost whole 2004 season from there.
Enjoy!

Why am I not able to login to the F1 racing world site? I registered with a username and pwd and activated my account through my e-mail link but still I am not able to login. Error reads "username or pwd incorrect". Did any of you guys have a similar problem?

Curious blend of files on this site, including full MogoGP races......ouch on the F1 coverage. Senna's and Gilles deaths in more than enough coverage than you'd really want to see.

Exceptional video collection.

Download a bit torrent client. Do a google search for "bit torrent client" and choose one of them. Personally I use shareaza, it's a peer 2 peer client and supports bit torrent as well. (www.shareaza.com)

does the download speed improve? I have been trying to download one of the races and it doesnt seem to get much past 15kb/s. I have a very decent net connection so it should be better yeah? Does it base the speed off the amount ive uploaded as well?

is there any secrets to make it faster?

your download speed will improve depending on the number of people also downloading or if theres more seeders
your download speed shouldnt be affected by how much you have uploaded

normally there isnt a problem but with the site down i think some people have stopped downloading/uploading

what race is it you are trying to download

usually theres a itv release (there is one i've seen it on there) but with the site down you may not get it, not everything goes on suprnova from f1racingworld depends on who the uploader is.
on f1racingworld there is a limit but its something like 60 days so you wont have missed out

i have a version here of the chinese gp which i downloaded but im not sure which one, my file name is 2004 Chinese GP.avi - file size is 992mb
if it is the same version you are in the middle of downloading email me the torrent file (i've deleted mine) and i'll seed it so you should get it slightly faster

Their F1 section seems to be more about crashes than anything else. Any site that has Greg Moore in F1, uses the term "good racing disaster", and jokingly inquires whether racers have insurance ought to be blackballed.

I saw the video of the medical team treading Senna. I wasn't watching F1 in 1994 yet, as I only was 9 years old back then. But it sure is an heavy video, that whole puddle of blood in the sandtrap and all : :(

This is copyrighted material that is being downloaded, so becareful using bittorrent. Since it's peer to peer it's not hard for someone to get a list of people downloading a particular file. The MPAA and RIAA has done this, and I'm sure Bernie could if he wanted to.

I've recently visited the F1 Racing World site and it seems as an invitation from an existing member is required to register. I'm wondering if anyone on the BB is indeed a member, and if so may I get an invitation please! Thanks!

When the site didn't require membership, I was able to d/l 2004 Spa full onboard race, seemingly from a German feed; great stuff! Cheers!

The program works very fast.

You can only receive data as fast as your seeders are upstreaming it. It isn't the program that is causing the slow upload. It is your seeders lack of bandwidth.

Is there anyone kind enough to take the time to nominate me for a membership at f1racingworld.com?

There is a bit of effort involved I know, and I'm making it even worse as I don't want to post my email here but will ask that whomever does me this favour pm's me so that I can provide it.

I would be most greatful.. ta
