I was gonna get it, haven't got it, with Forza coming in a few months, and Halo 2 next week, I'm booked out for time, I'm a 2 game person limit usually, play one FPS, then one drving in the week, can't scatter myself too much, you lose focus, you should then really quit, before we have a serious crash or something, tough racing world out there.

But generally what I've heard about Collin 5, is it's kinda a improvement on Collin 4, if you don't have Collin 4, Collin 5 will appeal more, if you have Collin 4, then read a review at IGN.COM or some other website, plenty of reviews online.

Whatever you do, don't touch it on PC. It's fine as a console game although like Sean said, not much has really changed. They've put in more tracks, more cars and added a career mode but it looks and drives the same.

I bought the xbox version this game last week because i was getting sick of closed circuit racing and i wanted something a little different. Having never tried my hand at a rally game before, i didn't know what to expect and I was kinda hoping for an actual WRC simulator. Unfortunately, thats not what this game is about.

The game has great graphics and sound, 2 things that are very important for me as it allows me to be immersed in an atmoshpere of realism. The cars are easy enough to drive (maybe a little arcade-ish but thats fine for me, i just wanna race) and there are plenty of cars to choose from (both classic and new). It has all the options that a good racing game should have, like the ability to choose from running a single rally or a single stage to making your own custom rallies which is something i have yet to try.

Of all the stages i have played so far, i have yet to find one that i don't like. All stages are beautifully constructed and fun to drive. So far my favorite is the rally of Great Britain, especially the Rhayader stage that takes you through a Welsh mine. Fantastic!

Despite the fact that its not the simulator i was looking for, i have yet to be disappointed by anything else.

[EDIT]

Actually i do have one complaint.......i can't enter my full name in the name entry screen! There is only room enough for 8 characters.
