Mini racing in the 1960's/70's featured the winning combination of D J Bond sponsored/entered cars with Paul or Terry Harmer driving.
Are they still racing and who was D J Bond?
Also on the A23 out of Purley, going Southwards, was a petrol filling station, the Harmer Group- was that related to the brothers?

IIRC David (DJ) Bond was a garage-owner in the Surbiton area of SW London. I seem to recall a friend of mine worked for him at one time.

DJ bond was also involved with Royale in the mid 70s here. Especially Peter White in FSV and FF, then with Geoff Lees when he cleaned up in FF in 1975. Don't know about him after that.
