This database says that Jock Lawrence of Ecurie Ecosse fame was born on 10 July 1921 in Hamilton, Lanarkshire, and died at age 73.

Does someone know the exact date of his passing?

And what was his full name? I have seen “John N.”; what did the “N” stand for?

Is there something in Eric Dymock’s book about the Ecurie Ecosse?

No direct answers to your questions Reinhard but the original poster in this forum here http://www.jaguarfor...l-story-159023/ - or at least his mother - might have some more information.

Jesús Iglesias, full name Jesús Ricardo Iglesias, died in 2005.

I have recorded one of the last ever interviews Alfredo Parga did to him in 2003.

You are of course not confusing him with Porsche 550 driver Milivoj Bozics, dmj?

Sorry that David can't read this but he was, as usually, right. I was confusing two drivers. Porsche 550 driver Milivoje Bozic died only in 1991, while Bosko Milenkovic commited suicide in 1955.
