Is one of the two Franco Rocchi?

It is Monza in 1963, and they are looking at the monocoque BRM, c/n P61/1. This was the race where Ferrari introduced their own 'aero' monocoque F1 car.

Yes, it is Rocchi in the middle and the "third man" is Giancarlo Bussi who was kidnapped many years later in Sardinia and was never released even though ransom was paid.
