The tests were carried out separately by four laboratories in Rio, Sao Paulo, Campinas and Belo Horizonte and submitted before the Family Court.
A spokesperson for the Sao Paulo-based Ayrton Senna Foundation, run by the driver's sister Viviane, confirmed to AFP that the test results were validated but refused to comment on their outcome.
"Viviane Senna will not give a press conference on the subject until she has the autorisation from the presiding judge in this affair," the spokesperson said. "No autorisation to comment has been given to both families," she added.
The DNA tests were demanded by Edilaine following the refusal of Senna's family to recognize Victoria as the legitimate child of the Brazilian driver.
Three experts were called to testify in the DNA patrimony cases - one each for the prosecutor and defendant and a third appointed by the judge.
The judge had asked the three experts to take hair and saliva samples from both Sennas' parents and the little girl with a view to either confirming or negating Senna's patrimony.
De Barros, formerly known by the stage name of Marcella Praddo, said she had originally sought an agreement with the Senna family at the time of her daughters birth, just a few weeks after Senna's tragic death at the 1994 San Marino Grand Prix, but abandoned her efforts because of the Sennas' negative attitude.
However, two years ago de Barros took up a new religion and was subsequently persuaded by cult leaders to sue over the matter, if not for financial gain then for her daughters right to the Senna name.
The Ayrton Senna Foundation is a private organisation founded following the death of the Formula One driver to help underprivileged children.

What if Senna's father is not really his father?
that would make the test completely irrelevant. no?
And for the girl friend to go as far as asking for a dna test, she must be bloody sure of who the real father is.
I mean ****! if she knew that it was not Senna, then better forget the whole thing and ask again in 10-20 years time when both Senna's parents are too old (or already dead) to prove anything.
She killed any chance of getting anything but disrespect from anybody who ever hoped that there might be a remote possibility of Senna having his genes still alive somewhere.
Pity.

Her lawyers(victoria) are now going to ask to exhum Senna's remains... So it aint over yet...
Later this week, her lawyers will announce something else...(what, we do not know, but the lawyers say it will change things)...
She does seem to be sure Senna is the dad...if not..she just out for publicity...
