Quester was 7th in practice at the Salzburgring on August 30, 1970.
According to Motoring News he finished fourth in both heats but was classified third on aggregate.

Hahne qualified ninth and finished fifth.
He was the sole BMW entry though he did have two cars to choose from. They were the 1968 Lola-built and the "latest Terry/Dornier creation, both with identical 235 bhp engines."
Hahne "couldn't get comfortable in the new Dornier-built car and concentrated on the Lola design instead."

And F269/1?
Hello,
BMW ordered 6 chassis from Dornier (source: BMW PROFILE, Formel-Rennsport 1966-2000, Stefan Knittel),
F269/1 had an accident in Enna and after this race the car was not seen again, so I assume parts from this chassis are used for one of the F270’s,
if somebody has more information, please let me know.

By the way, I saw the other T102 last week. Doesn't look like it's had anything done to it for decades.

Great work John. F269/2 looks fabulously original. When was that picture taken?

The picture was taken in October 2005, the car is in a bad condition.F269/2 looks fabulously original. When was that picture taken?
Here is a picture from the Lola T102 taken March 2002 in Munich,
but I forgot to ask for the chassis no.

I remember that when the team first appeared with the Apfelbeck radial-valve head they became known as "Team Tall and Heavy"!
