Spectating at Brands for years, I remember Thames Trader/or Transit recovery truck on standby.
I think Epps sign written vehicles came from Ruxley Corner Sidcup but I could be wrong.

How's about looking under Bromley Council's web page-archives.

Harry Epps garage was next to the roundabout in Green St Green, I worked there in 1964 and did attend Brands Hatch once in the Land Rover recovery vehicle, I remember his Lotus seven warming up in the racing workshop, this started a lifelong passion of sevens.

My answers to the questions regarding Harry Epps garages is rather late as I have only just registered and found the questions!!
Well I used to work at Epps Brothers Garage at Green St Green adjacent to the roundabout when I left school so I guess that was from 1960 to 1963 ish, Harry had a number of business concerns, the Garage in Green st Green, another garage in Bexly called the "Mill" or it may have been the "Old Mill"...another in Sidcup called "Hathaway", and I think there maybe another one or two but to be honest I'm unsure.
Yes we used to support Brands Hatch by supplying a recovery vehicle at the circuit...as a young lad I went with it a number of times. On the first occasion the mechanic who I was with accidently kicked a fire extinguisher which was laying in the cab and set it off...causing a bit of a panic until we threw it out of the cab! Later I went up to brands with one of the two mechanics who used to work in the "race shop" one called Johnny Eager and the other called Bob Morgan, Bob and I took Harry's Lotus 7 to Brands for a potential buyer to try it out, I remember the car was very fast going up the A20, when the buyer was trying the car out on the circuit Harry asked me if I drove it coming up..I replied that as I didn't have a licence I didn't drive...Harry smiled at me and said "That wouldn't have stopped him from driving it!". I was working at Epps when Harry had his racing accident.
By the way don't think that my name is from James Bond!...after leaving London I worked for a major F1 supplier for 36 years and my name "Pitstop007" reflects my history at the tracks and favorite development engine!.
