Hi Anthony - for some reason the navigation buttons don't appear on my browser. Just rectangles with red x's in them.

I remember reading about the Hillman straight 8 years ago, and was slightly amazed, but then Hillman have done some advanced things. I had a 1935 Hillman Minx which had a four speed all-synchro box. Yep, factory issue, synchro on low. In '36, I think, they redesigned the box to a four speed with synchro on top 3 only.

I tried again. The buttons are all there now, but they don't seem to work. I get into the Straight Eight section okay, but the buttons in the left frame do odd things. I click on any one, and they vanish momentarily, but the click takes me nowhere. Also, the "hand" doesn't appear when you run the cursor over the buttons. I'm using plain vanilla Internet Exploder, and I'm in Western Aust.

Same comments as Terry: I'm using "Exploder" 8 (I like that, Terry!). Really weird effects - get onto the "8" or "14" page but then can't navigate back to "home" or "specs".

Looks like some more work to do on the page before it's all tickety-boo. Good luck.
