At 20 years, 8 months and 13 days, Nico Rosberg is the youngest driver to get a fastest lap, at Bahrain in 2006 (his first Grand Prix!)
At 21 years 10 months and 17 days, Alonso's fastest lap at Canada in 2003 makes him the second youngest.
At 21 years 10 months and 18 days (!!!), Bruce McLaren's fastest lap at the 1959 British GP makes him third youngest
Then we have:
4th - Kimi Raikkonen (Australia 2002)
5th - David Coulthard (Germany 1994)
6th - M. Schumacher (Belgium 1992)
7th - Andrea De Cesaris (Belgium 1983)
8th - Alex Wurz (Argentina 1998)
9th - Ayrton Senna (Monaco 1984)
10th - Ralf Schumacher (Italy 1999)

The reason for the question was that I discovered the Aintree fastest lap the other day, and felt sure it would have been a record - which you have shown, but I also felt sure that it must have been broken some time - I hadn't been prepared for how recently, and in his first GP. Wow!
Lets hope young Nico gets a better car this year and breaks a few more records.
I haven't any reason for wanting to know Paul, but blitzed by your answer, I feel duty bound to ask if you can also tell us the ten oldest drivers to get a GP fastest lap?

.........and, if Jack Brabham hadn't run out of fuel on the last lap of Sebring, would Bruce McLaren still have been the youngest GP winner - as he also won his next GP in Argentina. and if he was, would he have kept the record until Alonso beat it in Hungary or was there another young hotshot in between times?

Pedro was 28 years 5 months 19 days when he got his first (and only) fastest lap at the 1968 French GP. That puts him all the way down in 43rd place.

Well, in Hgham I found this list of the five oldest setters of fastest laps
Fangio Argentina 1958 46 years 210 days
Taruffi Switzerland 1952 45 years 219 days
Farina Italy 1951 44 years 321 days
Brabham Britain 1970 44 years 107 days
Villoresi Neherlands 1953 44 years 22 days
But I suspect there may have been older ones at Indianapolis
