Hello
I search for informations over the Hart 416-8 Engine
I had found parts ( Head , Block , and Dry Sump Pan ) from this Engine

In what Cars are this Engines fitted ( F2 / Sportscars ? )
In what Jear´s ?
How much are build ?
Any other parts for sale ??

What you have are parts of a HART 416B , Ford Twin-cam based engines built in the U.K by Brian Hart , very popular in the USA and Australia for Formula B [ USA ] or F2 [ Australian version ] in the 1970s , as far as I know could be had as iron block and alloy block , most fitted with Lucas Injection .

Kale, engine spec's as follows for Hart 416-B 1973 iron block 200 BHP min @ 8500 RPM torque 130 lbs/ft max @ 7500 RPM 1974 Alloy block 200 BHP min @ 8500 RPM torque 125 lbs/ ft @ 8500 RPM

This one is a 1972 Lucas injection and cast iron block version,

what was the hart head on the derry george bt14?their a nice looking head. :clap:

Andrew as per above, with short trumpets, absolute max rpm 8500....... Alloy block version ,absolute max rpm 9250 rpm ,long trumpets......

The late Derry George never owned a BT14 Brabham.
