I originally posted this in the Lotus 19 thread but realised that (a) it would probably get lost in amidst all the other chit-chat and (b) some people who might know the answer to my question may never look in the Lotus 19 thread!
I have been told that Mike Pendleton took his ex-UDT/BRP Lotus 19, chassis #953 to Nassau in 1963, something I was not previously aware of. Does anybody have the recent Nassau book to hand, which might throw some light on this? Did he practice, did he race, what happened to him etc.? Does anybody have a photo?

O'Neil's book has him in 39th place in Governor's Trophy Race on 12/6, Car #25 and finishing 55th in the Bahamas Cup Race on 12/8, same race number. No chassis number given for the car.

Lay off the "American way" stuff or we'll send the Queen home without her dinner.
