Size of 2007 F1 car

Hi

Does anyone know the size of a 2005-06-07 F1 car? Length, height, width, cockipt length,height,width.

Also how much room is there until the pedels?

You'd be far more likely to get an accurate response on the Technical Forum.

The response here would probably be "Cockpit's too blinkin' small. Ride height's too low. Wheelbase is absurdly long. Car's too narrow for its length. And why is it full of aerodynamic excrescences?" ;)

And why the bloody hell is the engine BEHIND the driver???

So that when the clutch explodes, it doesn't take the drivers balls with it....................

I'd have to go back and look up what the minimum weight rules were over the years, but I believe modern F1 cars are "pigs" compared to cars of the past - they are the heaviest they've ever been.

(A qualification here -- heaviest since 1950 anyway...)
