I had the privilege of doing a track test on it for a local magazine in N.Ireland back in '87 and, as far as I can recall it was an 011.
I also recall it was considerably quicker than I was !
Somebody told me subsequently that it had been the car Derek Daly used for his Monaco aerobatic display, while Eddie Cheever was also mentioned as a previous pilot.
Richard, now running Anglesey circuit, might be able to shed further light.

Motoring News list the car as ex -Cheever in the report....

Is it more than I that not see the centre colum on the back wing. only a air duct to the rear tyre
It can be 010-3 (5) Daly Monaco and (Cheever) same car Only problem it left Tyrrell 1998
ore 010-2-(2) Daly and Cheever

Ian Smith - Diz is our best link to Richard Peacock so it may be interesting to hear his views on the matter.
I think the car may have gone to Don Wood after Richard Peacock.
I know some of these have been posted elsewhere before but hopefully they are relevant.
The assembly area at Oulton.
At Lodge
Kirkistown during testing.
And finally - this may be Aintree as I don't remember chimneys in the background at Kirkistown.
Ian Smith on the left and possibly Malcolm Barfoot in the overalls giving advice!

If I remember correctly Don Wood was, or had been involved in Ocean Yacht racing, Historic F1 and had a few 50's Vampires jets that he had restored and made airworthy again.

Not so much missing as found at Donington Park museum in 2011 without any ID, a car with a matching sticker pattern appears to have raced at the 2008 Spa Six Hour meeting driven by a Jeffrey or Jeff Lewis who appears to be an American, which might reduce the options down to two if Allen Brown's Tyrrell 007 page at ORC is up to date.
Can anyone confirm the identity of the car ?
And if it is the newer 'unraced in period car' does anyone know when and or who built it ?
Thanking you in anticipation.

The Richard Peacock 010 should be 010/2 (Daly, Cheever) and the ownership trail seems to have been:
Roy Lane
Richard Peacock
Don Wood
Murray Smith
Robs Lamplough
It was recently up for sale with Hall & Hall.
An 010 has been out recently and doing well in Belgian hands, presumably it is either this car or the ex-Brad Baker 010/3 which he sold when he bought a BRM.
The Donington 007 could be Nick Colyvas's car which is the 007 that has seen most action in recent years.

Thanks Paul, I had discounted that possibility on the basis that Nick's car appears to have run with the '74 side radiator set up, would it be difficult to convert back from the '75 spec shown at Donington ?

I believe Richard Peacock did buy the 010 from Roy Lane and it did go to Don Wood afterwards, so your timeline is probably accurate.
I hadn't realised the Peacock car was 10/2. I painted this for Derek Daly in 1981 showing the car at the 1980 British GP. Ironic that my brother in law (who I hadn't met at the time) ended up working on it a few years later.

I have seen several Tyrrell 012's in the UK over the years wonder if anyone can help me put chassis numbers to any of them ?
Don Sheads 012 is not listed in the 3rd June '89 Brand Hatch prog, but the helmet that worn when he was driving a McLaren 8 C/D at the same meeting identified elsewhere on this forum some years ago.
From SIlverstone Classic this year Ian Simmonds 012 is recorded only as a 1983 example...
as is from the same meeting Martin Strettons 012.
Any help much appreciated

Has anybody got a 2020 update for the 89-98 cars by any chance?
I've got partial updates but could use some help.
