Maldonado was ahead of him and  though he was on a slow lap, he didn't let kimi pass unfortunately. Kimi was angry to Williams on the radio.

Kimi's supersoft run spoiled by traffic.

I'm afraid No chance to beat Vettel. Alonso came in front of Kimi for his second try to spoil that run as well....things looking horrible for Kimi.

God damn it. I don't understand why Kimi is so slow. Getting real frustrating having all these problems.

Singapore bogy circuit for him? It could be all down to traffic, but he doesn't look confident as Romain on SS.

Car problems, car is sliding everywhere...about the time it was spoiled by traffic, supersofts only last for one fast lap and than Kimi's second try was spoiled by Alonso who came out of the pit just in front of him.

Wow, Grosjean did one stunning lap. He's fighting for pole as it looks right now. He's lap time was very impressive. Don't know how many things went wrong for Kimi this session, as this was really bad. While he isn't the best qualifier, so much behind Grosjean means something's very wrong with his setup or he just wasn't able to pull a perfect lap together.

Maybe true, but I heard the sky guys saying that romain actually improved his first sector time by 3 thents on his second run on SS. That's impressive!

How awesome'd it be to see romain on pole!

It was about traffic...but Kimi has sucked with supersofts always, so I excpect him to struggle with them....hopefully will still qualify around 6th

No he didn't...he did 28,4 on first and 28,3 on second. Vettel's first run was slowed down by traffic in the middle sector so there is more pace on his car.

GRO, "OK, I don't think the brake issue is gone...I think its same as yesterday" Re:"OK, we will investigate that"

What's with the Lotus brakes? It was already problem at spa all weekend with Kimi and now here with Romain.

I think Lotus has already begun to 'payback' Kimi. I doubt he would be in Q3, while Gro will fight for pole. 2 seconds of the pace - no way, not a single chance.

the difference is not true, Kimi lost his first supersoft run totally because of traffic...and his second was spoiled because Alonso came in front...Grosjean did 1,45,7 with his second supersoft run and Kimi 1,46,1 so the difference is not big at all.

Encouraging pace from Lotus, but expected I'd say. They are probably faster than Mercedes on long-runs so the podium is possible.

0,4s not a big difference? Besides when aborted his first FL he saved tyres anyway better then Gro.

2s off the pace on both compaundfs with a 'good' car. Cool.

0,4 is a big difference but not as big as 2 seconds...and like said Kimi had traffic in all of his best laps, Grosjean didn´t. supersofts only last at singapore one fast lap,the layout is so long and tough to the tyres.

Yep, and on his one FL he was almost 2s off the pace.

And Gro also had traffic. Perhaps not on his first, but definetely on his second FL on SS.

What lap are you talking about? Like I said Kimi had traffic in all of his FL (both meiums and supersofts)
Yes Grosjean had traffic on his second supersoft run just like Kimi and the difference was 0,4...of course that isn't comparable either as we don't know how much traffic costed for them.

Jeez. Ok, I will put it as simple as I can. Kimi aborted his first FL on SS -> saved tyres better than Gro who did a proper first FL on SS. So he lost even to his second run and on TV they show Kimi's second (proper) FL on SS - no traffic after first sector. Kimi's car is a mess. I don't know what they did to slow him almost for 2 second overnight, but that's sad reality.

Also Lopes adds more fuel to fire:

http://www.welt.de/s...aeikkoenen.html

He is very upset with Kimi's speak about financial troubles.

Yes but supersoft don't last at singapore even if you save them after abandoned lap because layout is so long! Kimi has traffic on his second attempt at least according to our commentators as Alonso came in front of him from the pits but could be that they meant his first try..anyway Kimi could have had more fuel as well, I will get more answers to his problems soon.

SS are pretty good only for one lap here.

They didn't do anything to slow him down for god's sake.

And I don't find Lopez comments that odd. He simply can't understand a reason why Kimi would say it so casually. Such thing won't help the team, especially if the situation was similar last year, yet Raikkonen got the cash didn't he?

Kimi shouldn't talk about the cash flow problem so openly.

Look like they already making Gro the new no.1, don't have to wait until next year. :p

Besides Lopez, Boullier also said in one interview that they want to bounce back & make Kimi regret leaving the team next year. :well:

According to Mika Salo, Kimi has huge back problems...he has so much pain that the driving was almost impossible during the morning, there is also some problems with the car....so not looking good at all.

Well, I hope Lopez understand why they lost top stuff and other 20 guys are in line to quit Lotus. That's doesn't odd for him. Great!

Indeed not good and everyone who has had back problems knows that it pretty much controls everything so focusing on doing something else is difficult and painfull.

Sh*t. Another weekend to forget. They should put Valsecchi, because it's the toughest race in the calendar.

I hope he could get proper treatment and be 100% fit for next races. Not a good sign at all.

They would maybe do it but Kimi will surely not leave without driving, he never gives up...like monza 2007 with huge neck pain or brazil 2009 with fire on his eyes.

I'm sure Kimi gets prober treatment from Lotus, the team wants best rsults they can and they need it from both drivers.

If his back are really that bad - he shouldn't drive. He has nothing to lose, he is out of WCD, already got a contract with Ferrari and team won't slip to 5th WCC anyway.

Title is still possible (hardly likely) and it's in Kimi's nature to not give up no matter what. I still think he can do well.

It has been a while since Kimi has had back issues. Kimi didn't look to bad yesterday, I knew something was looking out of place.

It seems like Grosjean goes well on this circuit.

Was this ironic? What did they do the car since yesterday? He had lost so much pace.
