In 1969 Maublanc scored 5 first, 3 second and 1 third places in French Hillclimbs with a Grac BMW.
He won at St Baume, Coudon, Pin, Cacharat and Treffort and besides this Lafosse won at Limouches.
The Grac-BMW was a 1.8l Monoposto.

As I've read in Ed Heuvink's Scuderia Filipinetti and some Siffert books Jo Siffert won the 1962 event in a Lotus-BRM 24. Schiller won his class with the Porsche 718 at Marchairuz and Col de la Faucille. In those days F1 cars startet very often in hillclimbs. I think Trintigant was a regular on French hills, still winning with a BRM in 1964.
What happend during the 1963 edition. Are there any more informations ? Was Martino killed in a crash due to rain or spectators ?
How long was the track from 1962 -1977. I have 17.2 Km is this correct ?
looking forward tzo your answers.
