Unlike most of you, I don't have a collection of old motorsport magazines to rely on to give me information on a driver's career.
So, is there any website which could help me get information on a (less well-known) driver's pre and post-F1 careers?
For example, In this month's game, I recognised both '70s pictures without even having to search at Forix . But I can't enter unless I know how these two guys got into F1 in the first place.
I would appreciate your help because seeing that this is the last 8W game for sometime, I would really love to enter it.
I have a problem with the 8W "Why's".

Its the last 8W game for some time because we need a break. Felix is due to become a father during the Easter weekend while Mattijs needs to devote time to writing fiction. I myself will be able to concentrate on getting my own homepage ready. Remember that we have to do the same amount of research as the competitors to answer those questions.
But we will be back in July.

I'm sad to hear that...
In any case, congratulations to Felix and thanks to all you 8w'ers for making the winter break just that little more bearable!

Wow, so here is where all you 8W freaks hang out! (yes, I am new.. this is day 1 at the forum for me)
Well, I myself am glad too 8W is taking a break because I need one myself.. After taking the usual 5th-6th place this year with 1 podium finish I look forward to next season..
btw on sources.. the sources listed at 8W website are usually good enough to produce something for the why.
I was hoping that now we are 2000, 8W would add a 90s section as well.. but I guess it would be too easy as it is still fresh in our memories ?
bye,
Igor.

Igor,
Welcome to the Forum! Yep, this is where we 8W types seem to end up.
Chief,
Generally you can get points by stating the fairly obvious. Yes, some of us have fairly decent reference collections, but I have found that points can be earned by often looking for information on the web and here on Atlas. My lack of knowledge on F1 in the 80's after 1983 is exceeded only my ignorance of F1 in the 80's after 1983. However, I recently came upon a lost collection of materials from the 80's ....
I suggest you enter anyway. You might be surprised. Hey, I - ME! - finished Second in the 80's this past quiz so you never know!!!
