Weird.
Quite like the coat though, shame it'll probably cost north of three figures.
EDIT: Hamilton's camera smile always reminds me of Chandler from FRIENDS camera smile, so awkward.

It's underwhelming, because it's not like we haven't seen him doing Mercedes appearances since 2007.

Speak for yourself, context is everything, and in this case the very fact that it's his first appearance since leaving McLaren makes it exciting.

I must say I am looking forward to this season far more than the previous two.

Who cares about the coat? I like the first photo of him with all of the legendary cars around. Now that's some racing history.

Both hands off the steering wheel.. whoops!
![]()
He didn't seem too endeared with his car for the day... umm .. it was quite.. nice, good... feel was quite good..![]()
Mercedes need some new PR peopleI hope all their PR stuff isn't so dry..

I don't think I will ever get used to Lewis speaking about Mclaren as a rival. It just doesn't seem natural. German lessons will be a must for him. Outside Berlin the overwhelmingly preferred language in Germany is ........."surprise" Germany. He will no longer spend all his days in the happy bubble of a 100% English speaking team.
Posted 22 January 2013 - 23:19
For goodness sake, what on earth does that have to do with Lewis Hamilton's first appearance at Mercedes?

He's just following the footsteps of Stirling MossIs Mercedes no so subtlety signalling that Lewis is their #2 driver? Hamilton should be outraged!

Yeah... Nazi references.... Germany had its past but 1945 was 70 years ago, even my grandparents were just kids in the days... no need to bring that up anymore... time have changed
it's a particular sensitive topic here in Germany...
I'm not offended, but yeah... it was an unnecessary reference...

Well, except for the 1930s of course.as we must never, never, never forget that politics has nothing to do with sport.
