Actually it reminded me of Hungary 2007, but Lewis didn't honestly hinder Rosberg.

The team will know. We don''t really need to.

I think the OP did not make his point clear at all. The suggestion is that Lewis tried, BEFORE his last lap, to cross the line either after the flag or so close to it that Nico did not get across before the flag.
Given that they were both stuck behind a dawdling Perez, it is most unlikely Hamilton was trying to prevent Rosberg from getting in a lap.

In the lap Lewis was very correct. I didn't see so i don't know what happened before.

This took place off camera for me so I am not sure.

Hamilton must be really kicking himself that he didn't have a go.....

Am I the only one who thinks Hamilton still may not have got pole if he had continued. I had heard he was a second down to Rosberg in S1 alone and therefore if he had finished the lap and of course improved in sector 3 it may not have been enough?.1 second is a very large gap considering their difference this weekend was around two tenth s.

One possibility is that Lewis started with the intention of paying Nico back for Monaco, but then realised that the team would be seriously pissed off with him, so he pulled aside and let Nico past.
If his focus was on whether or not to block and frustrate his team-mate, that would perhaps explain why he didn't think about the possibility of losing pole to someone else due to S3 improvement.
