Whilst Goggling Bob Forbes I came across this fascinating decision in a legal case involving Bob Forbes, Fred Gibson, Craig Lowndes etc centred around the setting up and running of 00 Motorsport.
Highly recommended for the insights into the sport. Also FoMoCo involvement including $3M of sponsorship in 2002.
It is heavy going being full of legalese but I believe worthy of the effort if you skim read it.
