Every player who wants to take part via Google Forms should first PM me and I'll send you a code so that i can identify your submitted entry.You can submit your entry then via Google Forms:
Linkor if that doesn't work for you, send me a PM named "Driver Market" so i know it's an entry for the game. If you use the Google Form and provide an email address, you'll receive a copy of your entry and a check if your entry is valid. This runs via a script, so I do not see your entries!
How does it work?You have
100 credits and try to
buy different drivers with that amount of money in an
auction for every driver. You can choose any integer between 0 and 100 for every bid, but only bids >0 are actually taking part in the auctions. All entries are hidden to the other players until the deadline (start of FP1).
After the
deadline (FP 1), i will figure out whose bids are successful and publish the entries and some stats without the code and your mail addresses, of course. Only
the highest "participating_players/2" bids win in every auction(with 10 players, the 5 highest bids win). If the number of players is uneven, I'll round down.
If the
driver then scores some WDC points in the next race, the player gets those points, too. Winner is the player who collects the most WDC points over the season. Tiebreakers are number of auctions won (more is better) and total credits spent on successful auctions (fewer is better).
Example with 5 players and 5 drivers to bid on, the highest 2 bids win. In case the lowest winning bid is shared by more than one player, there
can be more than 2 successful bids (see Driver3 in the example below).

If Driver 5 wins the next race for example, Player 3 and 5 get those 25 WDC points.
If you want to change your entry, just submit a new form until the deadline! Try it out and tell me, if you do not receive an email after you send the form. It worked for me.
