I’ve been looking through my Motocourse annuals and 2000 seems to be the only year when the TT race results are given without details of who set the fastest lap.  I have also contacted the TT database site and they don’t seem to have the info either.  Can anyone help by providing this information please?

I'm not 100% sure that I understand what it is you are asking. David Jefferies broke the outright lap record in the Senior with a speed of 125.69mph. DJ also broke the outright 600 lap record with a lap of 121.15mph.

Sorry, it isn’t clear.  I meant the fastest lap in each of the TT races in 2000.

Thanks - useful stuff.  I will go with Jefferies for the Junior race, going from this quote at the official site:

 

“David Jefferies broke Honda’s five-year stranglehold on the 600 Junior TT when he completed the set of wins in each class he’d ridden in.  On the V&M Yamaha, he took more than half a minute off the race record as he beat Honda rival Adrian Archibald by 8.7 seconds.”
