Admittedly I’ve been at work for a lot of it but I’ve tried to keep up and looks like max may have been sandbagging on his shorter runs so I feel like it could be close for top 2, will probably be proven wrong though.

1. Mercedes - Despite some reliability issues, their times from last week are still by far the fastest.
2. Red Bull - Verstappen has been impressive, especially today. Slightly behind Mercedes, but in front of Ferrari.
3. Ferrari - Haven’t seen fast times from them, bar Vettel’s and Leclerc’s a bit yesterday and today. Slightly behind the Bulls I believe.
4. Racing Point - The Mercedes clone seems to be working for them. They seem to be a small step ahead of Renault.
5. Renault- Close with McLaren. Started off slowly, but both drivers have shown pace in the second week.
6. McLaren - Haven’t seen much from them, flying under the radar a lot just like last season. Could easily be 4th or 5th though.
7. Alpha Tauri - Seem steady again, similar to last year.
8. Alfa Romeo - Despite some glory runs, I’m not very impressed, though Raikkonen seemed confident about the car.
9. Haas - Haven’t seen much pace from them. Hard to judge.
10. Williams - Have improved the car a lot from 2019 to 2020, but still the slowest of the bunch in my book.

Red Bull- including Fernando Verstappen's 2 tenths.
Ferrari- someone's getting sacked.
McLaren- it feels gooooooooood.
Renault- beaten by the last customer team to jump the sinking ship.
Tracing Point- if you copy other kids' homework, what will you learn?
Alpha Tauri- this is either Red Bull junior, or ex-sauber. Can't remember which.
Alfa Romeo- see above.
Williams- livery still sucks, but better drivers than...
Haas- Rich Energy were the only thing making this team interesting.

Williams, Haas
Mercedes way ahead AGAIN because their main rivals have yet again failed to make any real inroads on them. Racing Point boosted by their Mercedes link but not to the point of being massively clear of McLaren - both could finally though close the ‘class B’ gap and about time. Recent long runs from Ricciardo suggest Renault are in the same ballpark.
Williams may actually be ahead of Haas, which is as worrying for Haas as it’s encouraging for Williams.

Expanding it to the traditional predictions
Mercedes should have the edge, but only a tiny one. I say Lewis wins the title in Sao Paulo ahead of Verstappen, which would be a decent title battle. Thus Hamilton will equal Schumacher's WDC record, but I think he will not break his winning record (yet), either because others will take too many wins away from him or because of the coronavirus.
Bottas will win a few races and finish 3rd. Albon, Leclerc and Vettel will finish closely together and they will all win at least one race. Vettel will marginally beat Leclerc this time. Ferrari will be not as much off as people fear, but they wont have any business in the WDC.
I expect Racing Point to start in 4th and McLaren/Renault to catch up later on. They will beat them due to Stroll, too. Ocon will run Ricciardo very close, but lose out to his race craft. Sainz and Norris will be closer matched than last year, with Sainz being still marginally ahead. There will be a couple of podiums between them, most likely by Perez.
Alpha Tauri will score regular points. Gasly will beat Kvyat easily.
Haas will be much improved to last year and score occasionally good results. Magnussen will maginally prevail again.
Alfa will continue to disappoint like at the end of last year. But they will score points here and there. Giovinazzi will be closer than last year, but Kimi will prevail marginally.
Williams will be much improved and Russell will score in 2-3 races points. He will also easily beat Latifi, even if not as clear as he did against Kubica.

1. Mercedes
2. Red Bull
3, Ferrari
4-7. McLaren/Renault/Alpha Tauri/Racing Point - this will be in flux until the summer and then settle down into this order
8. Williams
9.Alfa Romeo
10 HAAS
I feel that Alfa and HAAS are going to suffer partly due to the Ferrari PU, which may have taken a knock over the winter. Racing Point may start off qualifying strongly, but testing suggests they may suffer in the race - doesn't help that in many respects they're a one car team, as soon as the European updates start appearing, they're going to quickly fall back. Alpha Tauri may end up running Renault hard for 5th place, but I still think they're going to end up behind by the end of the year. Williams is something of a hope, but I do feel they've a couple of good drivers, and a much improved car.

1. Ferrari - playing it down, engine turned down, nice and reliable now, plenty in their pocket, gained downforce
2. Merc- it breaks down a bit, detuned for sake of reliability which may hinder them
3. Red Bull- spins a lot, maybe narrow set up window, will Honda be on par with the Ferrari engine and the updated Merc, when it can run full beans...
4. Renault- about time
5. McLaren- will be right there with Renault, both closing the gap on top 3, Renault may edge things with slightly better driver pairing
6. Racing Point- some high points but a copycat chassis won't bring glory
7. Toro Rosso- solid as usual
8. Sauber- Swiss
9. Williams- finally latching on to the tale of the field
10. Haas- from the 10 mins of testing I paid attention to they seemed to be at the back

These predicitions are for the first few races of the season, except for the top 3 teams which I think will have this pecking order more or less across the whole season
Tier 1:
1.Mercedes: The silver arrows will WDC and WCC again with rather big margin. Hamilton wins his 7th title to become equal in that regard with Schumi and Bottas again wins 3-5 races
Tier 2:
2.Red Bull: They seem to have the edge over Ferrari and I think with Ferrari quickly shifting their attention to 2021, they will take the 2nd place in WCC
3.Ferrari: Hard to tell how much behind Red Bull they might (or if they even might be 2nd) but I think this year they will be rather disappointing 3rd. After lack of pace in the first few races they will shift focus to 2021 early on at the cost of 2020 car.
Tier 3:
4.Racing Point: Copying Mercedes seem to have worked for them. Might even take few podiums this year, unless im just being overly optimistic. Clearly best of the rest this season most likely
Tier 4:
5.Renault: I have a feeling they and Mclaren are going to be very close this year, battling for 5th place in WCC the whole season with possibly Alpha Tauri in the mix as well
6.McLaren: see above
7.Alpha Tauri: see above
Tier 5:
8.Alfa Romeo
9.Haas
10.Williams
The last 3 teams could honestly be in any different order with perhaps Williams even first and Alfa last. Seems very hard to judge at this point, other than Williams has better car than in 2019 and I fear that Alfa has much more difficult season than the 2 previous ones. Haas hasnt really been that convincing either. I expect all of these "Tier 5" teams only to occasionally scrap points from P9-P10 positions.

1.- Mercedes ..yes another tedious year for most of us.
2.- Red Bull - closest challengers but still a long way off
3.- Ferrari - Slipped to 3rd and spend all year battling RBR
4.- Racing Point - Merc W10 gives them lots of points and the odd podium
5.- McLaren - improvement but still far from the sharp end
6.- Renault - spend all year battling with McLaren and Alpha
7.- Alpha Tauri - meh
8.- Alfa Romeo Sauber - not as good as they should be
9.- Haas - dreadful and with the worst driver line up of the lot
10.- Williams - better car than 2019 but still miles away
That said, I would be more than happy to be utterly wrong.
