Monza, Public Transport

Hi guys, 

 

I am travelling from Genoa on Sunday 11th, my train gets in to Monza around 10am, how easy is it to get to the circuit, is there easy public transport?  was thinking follow the crowd! 

 

any advice would be gratefully received

Otherwise, it is approx 45 mins / 1 hour walk from the station to the circuit. If it does not rain, it is quite a pleasant stroll through the city center (it is a pedestrian area) and the park (including passing through the nice Villa reale garden). I used to live near the train station, and did this myself a few times :)

Travelling to Villasanta, from Monza, is also a possibility as I have been pointed out by someone else once. The walk from there to the circuit is less far. But it is a transfer onto another train and I reckon it will be quite a busy one too.
