Dinner with Racers. More historical / personal history based, but funny and informative.
Aside from the Acura / Continental Tire schtick at the beginning, no commercial breaks. Not sure about the others noted above but I seem to recall tuning out of one because of the interruptions.

Of the many podcasts that RACER's Marshall Pruett involves himself in, the sports car roundup with Graham Goodwin is the best. Two professionals trading stories keeps the nonsense that can arise on MP's more personal efforts to a minimum.

The Week in IndyCar is generally good but can go off the rails. The Racing Family series is for those with more free time than I possess.
