Not predictions as such, but:
Optimistic
Red Bull - I think they have free lap-time in their pocket
Ferrari - Showed real, consistent progress and seem to understand fundamentals of the regulations
Alpha Tauri - Massive upward trajectory and RB integration
Williams - Shifted focus to 24 very early and Vowles management seems solid and focussed
Unsure
Mercedes - Don't trust that they fully understand the regulations
McLaren - Still feels they're half a step behind. Hard to follow last year's big jump
Aston Martin - Doubt they can match development rate of top teams
Pessimistic
Alpine - Too many undelivered promises
Sauber - Decided to change concept into 24 very late, not enough time for James Key to make impact
Haas - Fundamental lack of engineering understanding
Also, I think there is a small chance Verstappen wins every race. We know he likes to set challenges for himself and his engineers. After 2023, where else can they go? Perez won't be able to steal any wins this year, and I am very confident RB will get on top of their weaknesses.
