My motto is: "There is nothing so stupid that it won't happen."
How has the governance of F1 got to the point where they cannot admit an additional team?
Not so long ago new teams were the norm.

I suspect many longtimers will agree that one of the coolest things about new seasons were new teams, cars, engines, and drivers.
