Sorry, but Piquet actually debuted in 1978 with Ensign and Villeneuve debuted in 1977 with McLaren.

Piquet had his own at German Grand Prix and Villeneuve had his own at British Grand Prix.

Don't be sorry, I am happy to be corrected. Like I said, I'm in Spain and my modest collection of yearbooks is in the Netherlands!

Does anyone know if Ronnie Grant is still with us ? Ronnie raced in Formula Three until well into his sixties and must be approaching his 'magic ton' if he is still alive.
Meanwhile at Castle Combe I remember Formula Fordster Pete Diccox racing at least until his eightieth birthday.

Ronnie turned 100 a couple of weeks ago according to social media.

LOL - Ford wanted everyone to see FORD, and they paid for it. Otherwise Cosworth would have cast their own company name into metal. Or not? You tell me.

I made my point. If you want to keep beating it to death, you go ahead on.

good of you to offer me the choice. I'll pass though, i think i made my point aswell.
