Ok here they are. Im gonna put $500 on Barichello at the price. Shumacher is the short odds on favourite to win which doesnt surprise me but i think for the price Barichello is a good bet. Cube head is also paying well. Im also gonna put $100 on Jarno Trulli at $41!!!!!!!!!!!! I may also put a bit on H2F at $13. Still cant beleive Mezzacane has worse odds than JV.

01 Michael Schumacher $2.50
02 Mika Hakkinen $3.00
03 David Coulthard $4.50
04 Rubens Barrichello $7.00
05 Eddie Irvine $15.00
06 Ralf Schumacher $17.00
07 Johnny Herbert $34.00
08 Heinz-Harald Frentzen $13.00
09 Jacques Villeneuve $51.00
10 Jarno Trulli $41.00
11 Jenson Button $51.00
12 Alexander Wurz $67.00
13 Giancarlo Fisichella $51.00
14 Jean Alesi $51.00
15 Nick Heidfeld $126.00
16 Mika Salo $67.00

In 1999, I put $10 on Hakkinen for pole, and he just got it, and I won about $21.

I think the race is too much of a lottery, however, I think Hakkinen, M. Schumacher and Barrichello are the best bets. And Barrichello would be a great win in terms of $$$ if he did it!

Mot, you wouldn't be trying to hint that you don't like JV.

All the Best FP

I know I'll regret this but it's my lunchtime and I'm bored.

I had 10 bucks on a ferrari quinella, so you could say i wasn't too disapointed to see the red cars finish 1-2.

I put $10 on Michael Schumacher for pole at Australia at one of the betting agents at the track in Melbourne, and I would've received $18.50 back, but Hakkinen took pole.

I reckon Rubinho will definitely be on the front row at Brazil.

I might put some money on Rubens to win in Brazil. It's not unusual to see some great drivers win their first race in their home countries, so chances are Rubens is gonna win there, although it will take some (bad) luck from Schuey.

The driver to watch out for this season is Trulli. The TAB gave him mid-thirties in Australia. Considering how well Jordan did in Melbourne, Trulli could become a very good bet in the races to come. I did something similar with Hakkinen in 97 when every race it looked like he was going to break through for his first win. In every race he had odds between 10-20, until Jerez when the bookies finially woke up and gave him the sort of odd's he deserved (5 dollars or thereabouts). That was actually the race i didn't put money on him. DOH!

Ralf Schumacher might also be one to keep an eye on.
