In the early 80's when most top drivers had a Marlboro sticker in the middle of their helmet, Carlos Reutemann had 'Noel'.
Can anyone help me with this chap 'Noel'. Who was he? And where is he now?
Even better - what is 'Noel'?

Noel is a big south american biscuits & crackers factory.
