Who were the motorcycle racing 'Lords of Lydden' from '66 on?

I hope everyone here had a merry Yule!
I would like to present a question to the board please.
Does anyone know where I can find the list of riders who have been the Lords of Lydden from when that race was first held, in 1966 I believe?
Personally I have not got a clue. I have dropped a line to whoever these days is managing the Lydden circuit web site (being reconstructed): http://www.lyddenracecircuit.co.uk/ Maybe I'll get a response ...
Thanks very much in advance for any information.
Maybe perhaps there's even enough knowledge on this forum to piece together the list from scratch?
Best regards,
G.

From 2008 on the new lease holder of the circuit will be, for at least five years, the Waste Recycling Consultant, former MSA British Rallycross Champion (2002 and 2005) and FIA European Rallycross Championship runner-up (1992) Pat Doran. "Plastic Paddy" Doran, an Englishman of Irish origin from Thorverton in Devon, is planning several improvements for the venue as well as an extension of the racing programme (for cars and bikes alike) and his oldest daughter Amy (23) has been appointed as director for day-to-day running of the circuit.

>>>Subject: BMCRC New Office Address
We are able to announce today that the lease at Lydden Circuit (owned by McLaren) has been acquired by a consortium of RallyCross people. They will be taking the circuit on as a fully operating racing venue into 2008. We are pleased to also confirm that the permanent staff at the circuit, Manager Pauline Santer, Alan Rees and William Wells are being retained by the new consortium to continue their operational work.
The BMCRC Board would like to take this opportunity to publically thank them for their continued efforts and loyalty over the years.
The offices of The British Motorcycle Racing Club will move over the next month and a new office will be operational from 7th January 2008...

As they were seemingly the organisers for the "Lord of Lydden" events I guess that they are the right people to ask…

Good idea, thanks very much indeed. I've just dropped them a line.

Cheers.
I mentioned '66 for the first Lord of Lydden race after I came across the following quote from the Gus Kuhn site: http://www.guskuhn.n...Racing/1969.htm
"June 22nd Sunday at Lydden: Martyn Ashwood is the fourth Lord of Lydden. He snatched his new title on the last lap of Sunday's thriller after a palpitating duel with the first lord Charlie Sanby. [Motor Cycle News 25/6/69]"
Maybe MCN got it wrong?
