But surely it's only a matter of time until this is a full time swap?
I know there are those who think Hulkenberg will end up at Ferrari, but the 'Ferrari Acadamy' has to bear fruit soon, and bianchi may be the justification for it. He'd be cheap too, if they end up paying raikkonen AGAIN to not race...
Perhaps they'll soon realise it may be better to get a passionate young-gun with something to prove in the car, rather than a demotivated guy banking the cash pre-retirement in the twilight of his career.
I think it's quite telling that Bianchi is getting the nod rather that DeLaRosa or Alonso... Surely they'd rather have Alonso in the actual car than in the simulator unless they had decided to evaluate something other than parts on the car...

They might as well try it now.
I'd trade kimi for a set of slightly used inters.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if Ferrari find that Kimi has not sufficiently healed to race in Germany.

What, like Villeneuve at BMW?
Yeah. Or every Toyota driver ever. Or, er, Kimi last year.

Was de la Rosa always scheduled to drive on Tuesday or is he filling in for Raikkonen too?
