Also, SATOOOOOO!!
F1 & Indycar legend, Takuma Sato, is the official ambassador for the Tokyo e-Prix, so we can expect him to show up at the race and maybe even try the powerful Gen 3 Beta!
You're cool Takuma!
TOKYO is set to be one of the most extreme challenges of the Formula E Calendar!
A 2.582 km, anti-clockwise track that features all sorts of variety of corners & elevation changes!
First sector is super techinical, with a sequence of slow-ish corners, but even here there are elevation changes that makes it more interesting!
For example, from Turn 1 to Turn 3 it's a downhill segment, than the circuits goes up towards the faster section of Sector 2, with a super fast right hander sweeper that's gonna split the man from the boys.
Even the chicanes on this track are far from being boring: in fact, they are quite high speed ones, where you're gonna need to carry out as much speed as possible.
Elevation changes and bumps makes it even more difficult: the last chicane is on a downhill, very bumpy. This spot is gonna be one to watch for drama.

Is this gonna be the new Attack Mode??
Formula E have been racing in a bunch of incredible cities like Miami, London, Beijing, New York, Rome, Paris and....well if i had to do a full list it would take a month!
But you know, Tokyo is something special.
So special, that some teams have prepared a special livery for the occasion. Just look at the home favourite, Nissan!
They've gone full Sakura with their look!

Some of the Autosport members knows Tokyo for work!
That's the case of the legend, Jon Pollak, who sure knows what's the best noodles shop near the track!
Formula E sightings in Tokyo: a spectacular evolution of the Gen 3 concept has been spotted in the City Center!
Is this going to be what the Gen 3.5 is gonna like?
No, this is a tribute to the popular Anime Serie Cybre Formula. But everybody's been loving it on the social media, so....who knows?
ù
Dan Ticktum goes straight to the point!
What happened last race?
A LOT.
If you missed it, than this is a good chance to make up for the loss!
Sao Paulo delivered a classic Formula E race, with more than 200 overtakes and a last corner overtake that's already in the history of the sport!
With Sam Bird's winning and a title favourite like Cassidy crashing out, now the championship standings are closer than ever!
Anyone can win this title!
LOLA ANNOUNCEMENT!
LOLA is coming back in Motorsport and they choose Formula E as their stage for the grand return!
The announcement will be made tomorrow in Tokyo, as it may involve Yamaha as a technical partner.
This is set to be huge for the serie, as we wait to hear more details about it!
The rumors suggests that Lola may become a powertrain supplier or even acquire one of the current teams.

TOKYO IN THE MOVIES!
Talking about Tokyo again....this is a city with so much beauty, that has the power to inspire moviemakers.
That's the case of Sofia Coppola, daughter of the great Francis Ford Coppola.
One of her iconic movies its, without a doubt, Lost In Translation: a movie about two lonely people, completely strangers, that meet in a bar of Tokyo and form an unexpected relationship!
With a young Scarlett Johannson and the great Bill Murray, this movie captures the atmosphere of Tokyo like no other!
That's my tribute to the movie!

Also, fun fact: you know that one of the Fast & Furious Saga stars is gonna drive the Gen 3 car around the Tokyo circuit??
It's obviously Sung Kang: one of the stars of Tokyo Drift!
Talking about visiting Tokyo: there are tons of food guides and city tours out there on YouTube!
But there's nothing such as an evening walk in the streets of the Japanese metropolis.
So, relax, chill out, and let's take a 40 min walk in the Shinjuku district!
Take your umbrella too, it's raining!
ANOTHER EXCITING CHAPTER IN THE HISTORY OF THE SPORT!
This is a huge event for Formula E!
First race in Japan, a lot of local media interest around it, all of the granstands being sold out in a matter of minutes.
Will you be part of history on Saturday morning, when the lights are going to go green in Tokyo?
See you then!
