Has Franchitti got another appointment? They're missing things in the comms booth without him.

Evans has nobody to blame, but I sympathise. The layout is just too fiddly. It needs work to create cleaner overtaking opportunities.

Tense finish. Yes, the track is a bit too fiddly as it stands.

Rowland literally gave the race away, odd decision. The best da Costa has looked in a long time, despite the late loss of the podium.

I somehow just love that Günther has gained a little bit of a reputation as a crash liability and many weekends is a little less visible… but then he’ll just randomly pull out a weekend like this!
I’m sure the Maserati MSG peeps enjoyed that - a great morale boost.
Track needs some serious work around the dock-side sections, but overall I think has potential to grow. Not sure I can say the same about London…

Yes, there's potential here in a way there isn't for London.

Fun race in the end in Tokyo!!
Was roooting sooo much for Rowland to pull it off for Nissan, would have been amazing in front of the home crowd.
But great race by Gunther, he's back!
Another race where you had no idea who was going to win it till the last few laps, this is Formula E!

Well done Tokyo!!
Track can be improved in first sector for next few seasons, but good potential there.
Aldo great crowd!

Fenestraz is turning out to be a huge disappointment. Rowland has firmly popped the hype bubble.

Fenestraz was looking mighty after Cape Town last year, but he never really got that form back. Very strange.

He's looking much more mature

Watched the highlights on YouTube, though it had barely 3 minutes of actual race coverage, so not particularly useful
Track didn't look particularly inspiring, nor the location could have been anywhere in the world with a drab concrete docklands feel to it.
Rowland really is having a great season, makes his decision to split mid season with Mahindra last year and sit out for the 2nd half to look like an inspired choice
Miserable day for DS Penske and McLaren.
Daruvula is going to start feeling some heat sooner or later with Gunther in the top 5 in standings and he's got no points.
Buemi's season has really fallen apart after the strong opener

Rowland explains his race strategy
https://formulaezone...y-race-rowland/
Think previous years Rowland would have either over-consumed or crashed into Gunther attempting an overtake.
He's carrying Nissan solo, didn't expect Fenestraz to be so much off the pace this season

I firmly believe Gunther is one of the best in the championship.. another season and another win putting the other Stellantis powered drivers in the shade.
Great to see a positive performace from Mortara/Mahindra too.

Also wanted to add that Nissan re-signing Rowland now looks pretty inspired.

Another entertaining race . The sudden elevation changes reminded me of hump-backed bridges but the slow section was a bit too tight.

I better add this nato penalty was overturned after fia had new evidence that was not given to them at the time
