Your insults began when you started to compare Micheal Schumacher to me. You continue to insult me, knowing nothing about me I may add. If you'd like to debate the sportsmanship of Micheal Schumacher like an adult, then that's what this thread is about. If you'd like to continue insulting me then PM me, that way you don't get yourself banned for something trivial.

My apologies, i got carried away, didn't really insult you though did I? Or only as much as you questioning my moral values! ;) PGA professional and a Marine, my you have busy weekends?

Anyhow, I'm more than happy to discuss Schumacher's standing in the History of Formula One, but as you only see Formula One as 'entertainment sport' and suggests it doesn't rank anywhere near the likes of the PGA, then I'll discuss it with someone who oves this sport as much as me.

That's only a matter of organization.

Me, for example, I am an university professor and a semi-professional stunt driver.
My hobbies are astro-physics, archaeology and base jumping besides long expeditions to the center of the earth.

That's just my opinion and I'm happy to live my life with what I feel are proper moral values and priorities. I've accomplished more in my life than someone who compromises themselves, like a Michael Schumacher, ever will. Simple example: my integrity is intact, something he gave away a long time ago.

That's your own opinion about yourself.

Probably Schumacher also feels in a similar way about himself.

Very true. I never meant to insinuate anything contrary to that. The big difference is, my fellow PGA members do not think of me as a cheat. Whereas Mr. Schumacher can not say the same.

You mean, that your fellow PGA members are rating Mr Schumacher as a cheat?

A Marine for life....that's true, but not active duty for some years now. Makes it easier to schedule ;)

I love F1 too, just IMO it's a form of entertainment (since '73).

Sorry if that was confusing.
What I meant was my peers (fellow PGA members) would never view me as a cheat, because I have never done so in any event.
Whereas Micheal Schumachers peers (his fellow F1 drivers) have said that he is a cheat and a liar.

Hope that straightens it out for you ;)

as an aside - I will ask around about him if you'd like to know their opinions. I'll warn you now, most won't know anything about him though.

Well, sometimes Schumacher actually was an unsporting cheat and also a liar.

The problem with him is, that he also was the best F1 driver during the last 15 years.

Can't disagree with any of that.
